Cryptozoic Entertainment and Igrology today announced the launch of the Kickstarter campaign for Cult: Choose Your God Wisely. Designed by Konstantin Seleznev, the board game allows 2-5 players to send their Priests to Locations in the Eternal City as they battle to bring their deity victory over the minds and souls of humanity. The Kickstarter campaign, is unique in that potential backers have the opportunity to play the game right now on Tabletopia, a virtual platform for board games co-founded by Igrology. The initial funding goal for the campaign is $25,000, with several stretch goals planned if that amount is reached. The campaign begins today and runs until March 16.
Cryptozoic Entertainment today announced the March 15 release of CryptkinsTM vinyl figures and the immediate launch of the CryptkinsTM Channel on Quidd, the fast-growing platform for digital goods on iOS and Android. CryptkinsTM are Cryptozoic’s first original series of vinyl figures and are inspired by various creatures that have been the subject of folklore and tabloid headlines for decades. Cryptozoic Entertainment, in partnership with Game’s Up: Board Game Heroes, today announced the February 21 release of The Arrival. Created by famed designer Martin Wallace, the strategy board game puts 2-4 players in the roles of Tribe Leaders as they vie with each other and the demon-like Fomori for control of ancient Ireland. The unique gameplay includes two different victory conditions as determined by whether the Tribe Leaders or the Fomori control more of the map at the end of play. Cryptozoic’s wide release of the acclaimed game, previously released in limited quantities at the Essen Game Fair in 2016, upgrades the art, improves various components, and adds a new Advanced Game variant.

Cryptozoic Entertainment and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment, today announced the release of DC’s The Joker Calling Card Statue. The hand-painted, 7-inch tall polyresin statue depicts The Joker’s gloved hand holding a joker card, which increases the overall height to 10.5 inches. It includes four interchangeable joker cards, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity. Sculpted by Mana Studios, each statue is individually hand-numbered and comes packaged inside a full-color closed box.
Cryptozoic Entertainment and tinyBuild LLC, in partnership with Dynamic Pixels, today announced the launch of the Hello Neighbor Channel on Quidd, the fast-growing platform for digital collecting on iOS and Android. Based on the just-released survival horror video game Hello Neighbor, the channel features digital trading cards and stickers showing the Neighbor character, as well as key locations, objects, and situations from the game. The channel includes animated cards and stickers and will soon also have 3D digital collectibles based on characters and objects from the game. The agreement for the Hello Neighbor Channel was brokered by Evolution USA, the global licensing agent for Hello Neighbor.

In this two-player game based on the popular TV show Teen Titans Go!, each player becomes a member of the team—Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, or Raven—and engages in a friendly competition to take down DC Super-Villains such as Blackfire and the H.I.V.E. Five. Each player starts with one DC Super Hero, but is able to recruit “Sidekicks,” other Titans who can help the player.

In the 2-4 player team vs. team game, each player selects a DC Super Hero (Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, or Zatanna) or DC Super-Villain (Lex Luthor, Circe, Ocean Master, or Felix Faust) and joins another player on his or her team for a clash against two opponents. The game uses Cryptozoic’s popular Cerberus Engine, which has players build up their decks with the goal of defeating one of their opponents. The new keyword “Assist” on many cards allows a player to lend some help to his or her teammate.
